Our Policy
Cancellation / No-Show / Late Arrival
General Policy: If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call or text at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel so we may help another patient needing treatment. To keep our appointments on time, we provide a text reminder at least a day prior to appointment!
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your pet's appointment please call us at least 24 hours in advance. If you call after hours, please leave us a voicemail or text. If calling the day of to cancel appointment, you may be charged a late cancellation fee if we are not able to fill the appointment slot your pet was scheduled for.
No-Show Policy: A no-show is a client who misses an appointment without cancelling the appointment. All no- show appointments will be charged a no-show fee. To avoid no-show fees, we encourage clients to provide at least 24 hour notice it you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you no-show 3 times or more, we will terminate our veterinary-client-patient relationship.
Late Arrival Policy: If you know that you will be late for the scheduled appointment time, please call us to let us know so we can be informed. If you are more than 10 minutes late for appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled based on the availability of our Doctors. Clients who have 3 or more late appointment arrivals will no longer be able to schedule with us.
